Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 10 years of sales experience, with 3-4 years specifically selling to strategic customers. Fluency in French is required, along with domain experience in compute platforms like Kubernetes or cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps tooling, CI/CD platforms, or the overall SDLC. A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, the ability to learn new products quickly, excellent communication skills, and a team-player mentality are essential. Willingness to travel for client support and an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic are also necessary. Desired qualifications include SaaS or developer tools sales experience, startup experience, strong sales aptitude, tech-savvy business acumen, and the ability to thrive in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Executive will define and execute sales plans for their assigned territory, conveying the value proposition and product differentiators to prospects and customers. They will be responsible for forecasting, meeting, and exceeding sales quotas by developing and managing leads through both inbound and outbound channels. This role involves managing business and tracking opportunities using CRM and other tools, as well as collaborating to improve all aspects of the sales cycle, including product, support, and sales engineering. Understanding the competitive market and familiarizing oneself with competing companies and their offerings is also a key responsibility.
