Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of total work experience at a top management consulting firm, private equity, or strategy and operations at a technology company. Expertise in GTM Strategy, Finance, and/or Sales Ops in the enterprise software/SaaS industry is required, along with experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes. Strong communication, relationship-building, people development, and leadership skills are essential, as is the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. An MBA, consulting, and finance experience are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Director, AMS Strategy & Planning will serve as a critical member of the Office of Americas President and COO, partnering directly with them on high-priority AMS initiatives. They will collaborate with Sales, post-Sales, and marketing leadership to deliver actionable recommendations for accelerating AMS Sales growth. This role involves owning and managing multiple Go-to-market workstreams, acting as a strategic advisor to AMS Go-to-Market leaders on key growth initiatives, and summarizing inputs to develop compelling recommendations. The position requires leading cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, improve productivity, and accelerate execution, as well as overseeing complex problem-solving, hypothesis development, data-driven analysis, and recommendation delivery.
