Responsibilities

The Senior Customer Success Technical Architect will act as a trusted technical advisor and advocate for customers, ensuring their success, retention, and expansion by providing technical guidance and best practices for the Confluent product suite. This role involves partnering with internal teams to accelerate customer time to value, maximize product consumption, and achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include advising customers on architectures, operating and maturing their Confluent subscription, guiding them on achieving business goals and value-based outcomes, identifying and addressing technical objections, proactively supporting customers through technical lifecycle activities, guiding customers on data streaming maturity, developing and presenting customer reviews, documenting and transferring knowledge, influencing the product roadmap, and assisting with customer issues when necessary.
