Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-4 years specifically selling to strategic customers. Fluency in French is required, along with domain experience in compute platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps tooling, CI/CD platforms (Github, Gitlab, Jenkins), or the overall SDLC. A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, the ability to learn new products and processes quickly, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a team-player mentality are essential. Candidates must be competitive, driven, willing to travel to clients if required, and demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic and resourcefulness. Desired qualifications include SaaS or developer tools sales experience, startup experience, a strong sales aptitude, fundamental understanding of the sales process, and tech-savvy business acumen.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Executive will define and execute sales plans for their assigned territory, conveying value propositions and product differentiators to prospects and customers. They will be responsible for forecasting, meeting, and exceeding quota, as well as developing and managing the lead funnel through a combination of inbound and outbound leads. This role involves managing business and tracking opportunities through CRM and other supporting tools, collaborating to improve all aspects of the sales cycle including product, support, and sales engineering, and understanding the competitive market landscape.
