Requirements

Candidates must possess 11+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operational and strategic roles with health plans or provider groups, and hold a Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree in a related field and 9+ years in strategy and implementation functions are preferred. Experience in management consulting is also preferred, along with a proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing relationships and communicating effectively with senior management, both internally and externally. The ability to travel is required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Director will independently manage the development and execution of the launch and expansion of Aledade’s FFS contracting and other commercial partnerships. They will design and refine the holistic GTM strategy for Aledade Complete, and support its integration into new and existing products, solutions, or business ventures. This includes creating launch, market entry, expansion, and growth plans, aligning cross-functional teams on these plans, and setting strategic priorities by analyzing market trends, customer segments, competition, and internal capabilities. Key duties involve managing the go-to-market entry of Aledade Complete and other potential partnerships, collaborating with cross-functional teams on market entry plans, and identifying potential new strategic partnerships/initiatives for Aledade Complete practices.
