Serve as the primary executive-level contact for Kafene's most strategic merchant partners, managing relationships that represent significant revenue and reputational impact. Conduct executive-level business reviews with C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures. Drive revenue expansion through strategic contract negotiations, pricing optimization, and service enhancement, while identifying and executing cross-selling and upselling opportunities. Leverage advanced analytics to identify performance trends, pricing adjustment opportunities, and proactively mitigate account risks. Benchmark partner performance against the competitive landscape and macro trends, and serve as the immediate response lead for critical account issues or relationship challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement remediation strategies, conduct post-incident analysis, and synthesize partner insights to inform product roadmap and feature prioritization. Work with risk management, finance, and legal teams to optimize underwriting strategies and develop pricing and contract structures. Ensure all partner interactions reflect Kafene's values and maintain the highest standards of business integrity, serving as an escalation point for ethical concerns or compliance questions.
