Familiarity with technical assessment tools and structured interview frameworks is necessary, as is proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools. Strong executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all levels are essential, along with being agile, curious, solutions-oriented, resilient, and resourceful.
The Staff Talent Acquisition Partner will lead full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, aligning talent strategies with business goals and workforce needs. This role involves building strong partnerships with HR managers and business leaders to understand hiring priorities and drive strategic planning. Responsibilities include leveraging market insights and talent intelligence to inform recruiting strategies and support headcount forecasting, as well as delivering a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience. The partner will participate in HR and business meetings to share recruiting updates and data-driven insights, and continuously evaluate and enhance sourcing methods, tools, and processes for improved recruiting effectiveness. Additionally, they will educate and advise hiring leaders on market trends, candidate expectations, and onboarding best practices.
