The Director of Technical Recruiting will lead and manage the EPD Recruiting team, including technical sourcers, recruiters, and managers. They will partner with technical leaders, People Business Partners, and the C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, report on progress, and manage stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities include developing innovative recruiting strategies to meet hiring goals, identifying and resolving bottlenecks in hiring funnels, monitoring key metrics, and managing a small number of critical leadership requisitions.
