Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influence skills are required, as is a strong passion for mission-driven work.
The Director of Recruiting will define the talent strategy by partnering with the executive team to forecast workforce needs and align recruiting priorities with business goals. They will own full-cycle recruiting across various domains, including engineering, product, clinical, compliance, and senior leadership roles. This role involves building and leading a high-performing recruiting team, managing external search partners, and designing scalable recruiting infrastructure with a focus on operational excellence. Additionally, the Director will champion an inclusive candidate experience and collaborate with marketing and people teams to amplify the employer brand and market presence.
