The Contract Technical Talent Partner will own end-to-end recruiting for high-impact engineering roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and executives to align on hiring strategy. Responsibilities include sourcing, engaging, assessing, offering, and closing technical talent for hard-to-fill positions, while serving as a talent advisor and promoting recruiting best practices.
