Position Overview

As a Contract Technical Talent Partner, you will play a crucial role in scaling our Engineering team during a period of significant growth. You will be instrumental in our mission to transform personal injury law by providing a fair chance to vulnerable individuals. This role offers an immediate start and a substantial opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Recruiting: Own and manage the full recruitment cycle for high-impact Engineering roles.
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers, department heads, and executives to define hiring strategies and ensure rapid progress.
  • Talent Sourcing & Engagement: Source, engage, assess, offer, and close top-tier technical talent for challenging positions.
  • Talent Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, elevating hiring quality, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Best Practices: Serve as a role model for recruiting best practices and contribute to strengthening our overall talent function.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong ability to execute effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and delivering results in urgent situations.
  • Deep understanding of technical recruiting fundamentals, structured hiring processes, and competency-based interviewing.
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, persuasive, and thoughtful in interactions with candidates and stakeholders.
  • A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and urgency to drive business results.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
