Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering leadership. They should have deep experience with software development and technology practices related to e-Commerce, and demonstrated experience owning architecture decisions and communicating the business value of those investments. Furthermore, experience in building and growing teams, including coaching and managing performance at an executive level, is required.

Responsibilities

Additionally, the role involves connecting with stakeholders to discuss progress, anticipate business objectives, and identify improvement opportunities, overseeing end-user testing, and providing feedback for product enhancements.
