About the Role

As a Talent Partner (Technology) with Kustomer’s Talent Acquisition team, you will work closely with our Head of Talent Acquisition, Hiring Managers and TA team on building an amazing company full of the best people in the business. Focused on hiring for the R&D side of our team (SWE, Security, Product/UXR) you will be a guide, thought partner, and advisor for driving engagement with talent. This role is focused on the full cycle of recruiting, including a focus on process optimization and strategic headcount planning. You will also partner with our sourcing function (e.g., building top-of-funnel) for critical roles.
