Responsibilities

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies tailored to healthcare customer segments across the UK, Ireland, and North regions. Conduct competitor analysis and market trend assessments to inform tactical programs. Collaborate with sales leaders to align portfolio strategy with customer needs. Plan and manage impactful in-person and digital events, and create customer-focused content and collateral. Own and manage the customer segment marketing budget, track campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI, and optimize omni-channel marketing programs. Align with sales, product, and regional marketing teams on launches and initiatives, and support sales enablement through tools and training. Drive messaging and tools for Biotech and Pharma customers, collaborate with market analysts on research programs, and provide regular training and insights to sales teams.
