Candidates should possess a scientific background with at least 3 years of experience in a life science research laboratory, ideally within a commercial environment like biotech or pharma, or hold a Master's degree or higher in a life science field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for simplifying complex scientific and technical concepts. Proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies, messaging, and positioning, with a foundation in product marketing, is required, and experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or life sciences is a plus. Demonstrated success in producing customer-centric content such as case studies, blog posts, webinars, or sales enablement tools is necessary, as is experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams. Familiarity with procurement systems (Coupa, Ariba, Jaggaer, Unimarket) and lab operations is also expected.
The Product Marketing Manager will craft compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies for Quartzy’s software and distribution offerings, tailored to various personas. They will drive GTM strategy for new product features, including messaging, collateral, and enablement, and develop content such as sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, website copy, email campaigns, and conference materials. The role involves gathering market intelligence on customers, competitors, and industry trends to refine differentiation and inform roadmap prioritization. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will partner with Sales and Customer Success to provide them with the necessary tools, playbooks, and narratives to win deals, shape messaging for events and industry partnerships, and act as a bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure consistent and effective storytelling.
