Requirements

The candidate must have over 5 years of experience in customer success within SaaS or a similar product, including previous experience with renewals. Additionally, 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting is required. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic are essential for achieving results in a high-growth startup environment. Previous experience in insurance, dental/healthcare, startups, or B2B software is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will manage enterprise accounts, focusing on relationships with dental office leadership and central office leadership. They will execute the customer success strategy, owning the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing engagement, retention, and expansion. Responsibilities include achieving individual metrics and KPIs, improving processes for account setup, implementation, training, and reviews to minimize churn and support expansion. The role involves developing and executing account expansion initiatives, conducting frequent reviews to gauge customer satisfaction and utilization, and employing the total office concept to engage all dental office staff. The CSM will proactively upsell new modules and product enhancements, build strong executive relationships, influence renewals, negotiate contracts, and align on long-term strategic value.
