Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience executing high volume marketing campaigns, preferably for a B2B2C product
  • Experience using and executing campaigns in Braze software
  • Experience creating and implementing comprehensive enrollment marketing plans, preferably for a B2B2C product
  • Demonstrated success driving multi-channel engagement and member acquisition using segmentation, personalization and triggered communications
  • Strong project management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with and presenting to clients
  • Experience managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data to inform strategy adjustments
  • Track and report on key performance indicators related to enrollment marketing efforts
  • Motivated and energetic, proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn quickly and drive toward defined goals and targets in a fast-paced high growth environment
  • Nice to Have: Experience working with union and blue collar populations

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end creation and execution of multi-channel member outreach campaigns (email, mail, digital events, creative campaigns)
  • Write, edit, and test copy that engages different population segments across clients
  • Partner with Customer Success and clients to recommend rollout strategies tailored to specific populations and enrollment goals
  • Maintain campaign calendar
