Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, preferably within the technology or AI industry. A proven track record of developing and executing successful sales enablement programs, including content creation, tool development, and training delivery, is required. Demonstrated experience in creating persona-specific sales playbooks, pitch decks, battlecards, and other sales collateral is also necessary, along with a strong understanding of sales cycles, buyer journeys, and the challenges faced by sales teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and concise sales narratives, are essential, as are exceptional collaboration skills and an analytical mindset with experience tracking and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of enablement programs.

Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Manager, Sales Enablement will own the sales enablement strategy and execution from a product marketing perspective, ensuring sellers are empowered with the right content and knowledge at every stage of the sales cycle. This includes developing persona-specific playbooks and field toolkits, maintaining and evolving pitch decks, and launching and managing onboarding and continuous training paths. The role also involves leading a win-loss program in partnership with Revenue Operations, aligning content drops with feature releases and marketing campaigns, and managing an organized enablement asset portal.
