Requirements

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to brands, advertisers, agencies, and financial institutions
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative client relationships to align technical implementation with business objectives
  • Design and execute strategic implementation plans tailored to client goals
  • Oversee technical setup and configuration of data onboarding, identity resolution, and audience activation workflows
  • Troubleshoot integration challenges and deliver scalable solutions
  • Track customer adoption metrics and usage patterns to identify optimization opportunities
  • Proactively recommend system enhancements
  • Act as technical liaison between clients and internal teams (product, engineering, technical services, legal, privacy)
  • Manage escalations, support platform updates, and coordinate QA/UAT processes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation (runbooks, integration guides, workflow maps)
  • Deliver technical enablement and training to customers and internal teams
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development
  • Advocate for client needs to refine platform features and increase automation
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to business and technical audiences
  • Provide regular updates on project milestones, product enhancements, and issue resolutions
  • Support strategic initiatives through travel for client meetings, workshops, and industry events
