Technical Account Manager

Candidates should have a B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. They must possess hands-on experience with Python, SQL, or Scala, and have at least 8 years of experience managing enterprise customer relationships in a Technical Lead or Technical Account Manager role. Additionally, 5 years of experience working with AWS, Azure, GCP, or a private cloud environment is required, along with experience in customer-facing roles such as solutions engineering, technical architecture, or data architecture consulting.
The Senior Technical Account Manager will act as the post-sales technical lead for assigned customer workloads on Snowflake. They will collaborate with Sales Engineers and Solution Architects to identify strategies that help customers achieve their business goals. The role involves developing a deep understanding of the customer's environment and challenges, providing expert technical advice, and managing strategies for efficient workload consumption. They will also work with Snowflake Product and Engineering teams, monitor incoming cases for assigned customers, and provide contextual technical guidance to support engineers. The position requires a willingness to travel regionally to deliver on-site solutions and build strong customer relationships.
