Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with customer-centric datasets, including Analytics, CRM, Call Center, Marketing, Offline, and Point of Sale data. Expertise is required in data collection strategy, audience building, and reporting use cases using Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP). A minimum of 3 years in Identity Management experience and 2 years of SQL experience are necessary. Familiarity with data warehouse concepts, reporting technologies like Tableau or PowerBI, ETL tools such as Informatica, Unifi, or SnapLogic, and experience working with APIs or API testing frameworks like Postman are also required. The role also demands experience in defining and managing business requirements, structured analysis, process design, and use case documentation.
The Sr. Solutions Consultant will deliver engaging customer experiences showcasing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and its native applications, including Real-Time Customer Data Platform, Customer Journey Analytics, Journey Optimizer, and Mix Modeler. Responsibilities include continuously improving pre-sales offerings, recommending impactful solutions aligned with customer needs and product evolution, and gathering/translating client requirements into actionable solutions and use-cases. The consultant will collaborate with sellers and teammates on technical and strategic preparation for Hands-on Labs (HOLs) and bootcamps, presenting confidently to diverse audiences. They will partner with Adobe pre-sales teams and customers to define key objectives for Proofs of Concept (POCs) and Custom Demos, aligning on solution design, scope, and timing. Additionally, the role involves configuring end-to-end use cases and guiding teams in demonstrating technology value with Adobe Experience Cloud integrations in a fast-paced environment.
