Responsibilities

This role involves owning the semantic layer for commerce agents by building a unified data model that transforms raw data into AI-understandable insights, creating consistent metrics and business logic. The individual will drive $1M ARR per quarter by owning the technical close for high-value deals through demonstrations, proofs of concept, and implementations. They will also launch successful features monthly by collaborating with Product to translate customer needs into shipped features and influence roadmap priorities based on direct customer feedback. Additionally, the role includes building power user networks at top logos by cultivating deep technical relationships and partnering with the CS team on deal nurturing, identifying upsell opportunities, and resolving technical challenges.
