Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in commercial lending strategy, risk management, and financial services, with expertise in the consumer and commercial credit lifecycle, including FCRA compliance and data governance. Required skills include hands-on experience with Generative AI, prompt engineering, cloud-based analytics platforms, understanding of data ethics and AI methodologies, proficiency in analytical techniques and decision tools, experience presenting to senior executives, and familiarity with large financial institutions and commercial lending portfolios. Occasional travel for client engagements is also required.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include guiding analytical projects with AI/GenAI, designing AI model prompts, defining analysis parameters with clients, interpreting data sets to recommend strategies, guiding innovation in analytical product development, identifying new business opportunities, supporting sales and marketing teams, and contributing to product development and marketing initiatives.
