A strong understanding of business sales processes and experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes is required. Travel up to 50% is expected.
The Solution Sales Manager will oversee the market success of specific product lines built on the ServiceNow platform. This role involves supporting territory strategy and planning, providing input to Account Executives during account planning, and aligning recommendations with Now Value principles. Responsibilities include helping customers envision digital transformation value, partnering with account teams and customers, and interworking with SC & Specialist SC on capability roadmaps. Additionally, the manager will coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs on foundational knowledge of specialty solution areas to identify opportunities and manage sales cycles, while customizing time allocation based on territory and account team needs and championing diversity and belonging.
