Requirements

Candidates must have experience taking at least one product from an early stage to enterprise-ready, demonstrating hands-on collaboration with engineering and data science teams to build complex technical products or APIs. Prior experience integrating with sales pipelines and understanding enterprise B2B product needs are essential, with a preference for candidates with AI platform experience, a background in professional services or consulting, experience with forward-deployed customer teams, and a track record of scaling products for large enterprise deals.

Responsibilities

The Director of Product will own the product roadmap and prioritization for the Agentic OS, translating field learnings into specific product requirements and collaborating directly with Marketing & Sales to identify product gaps and opportunities. They will work hands-on with engineering and data science teams to build necessary technical products, APIs, and integrations, and continuously optimize product-market fit using deployment metrics, customer success data, and sales feedback.
