Requirements

Responsibilities

The Manager, Automation & Process will lead and develop a team of 3-4 specialists while personally executing complex process transformations. This role involves owning cross-functional initiatives, advising senior leadership on service transformation, and designing/implementing enterprise-level frameworks for AI-enhanced service delivery. Responsibilities include driving deep-dive analyses, establishing governance frameworks for automation, acting as a liaison between Service Operations and Business Applications, and creating documentation and training materials for enterprise-scale deployment.
