  • Regional Alignment: Act as the voice of the region, ensuring alignment with global marketing programs while adapting content, messaging, and execution to local market realities.
  • Sales & Channel Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, SDRs, and channel teams to drive Stage 1 pipeline generation, ensuring every touchpoint is connected and measurable.
  • Campaign Orchestration: Orchestrate integrated field campaigns, including CrowdTour, roadshows, executive dinners, and ABX plays, designed to deliver both brand and business impact.
  • Program Development: Partner with product marketing, growth ops, and regional campaigns to build targeted programs and meaningful customer journeys.
  • Measurement & Optimization: Measure and report ROI for all marketing activities; optimize based on data, insights, and feedback loops.
  • Team Support: Support and onboard new teammates, contributing to team culture and knowledge-sharing.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 7–15 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including ownership of field/partner marketing campaigns in the tech sector (preferably cybersecurity or IT).
  • Program Scaling: Proven ability to build and scale regional marketing programs that drive tangible business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Skills: Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication skills – lead with clarity and influence.
  • Campaign Execution: Experience executing campaigns to win net new logos and increase customer adoption within the install base, including campaign orchestration (e.g., account-based marketing) and pipeline reporting.
  • Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo (or similar), and data-driven measurement frameworks.
  • Work Ethic: Comfort with ambiguity and a need for action; be resourceful, organized, and outcomes-driven.
  • Team Player: A reputation for being a team player and trusted partner to sales and business stakeholders.

Bonus Points

  • Cybersecurity experience or knowledge of the threat intelligence landscape.
