Responsibilities

The Sr. Regional Marketing Manager will operate as a marketing business owner, accountable for regional pipeline goals, new logo growth, and revenue acceleration. They will be the voice of the region, ensuring alignment with global marketing programs while adapting content and execution to local market realities. This role involves collaborating closely with sales, SDRs, and channel teams to drive pipeline generation and orchestrating integrated field campaigns designed to deliver brand and business impact. The manager will partner with product marketing and regional campaigns to build targeted programs, measure and report ROI for all marketing activities, and optimize based on data. They will also support and onboard new teammates, contributing to team culture and knowledge-sharing.
