Candidates should possess strong event management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience building pipeline and leads from a B2B marketing organization is required, with industry knowledge of Technology, SaaS, or Cyber being preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively with remote and geo-disparate marketing and sales teams. A working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, and/or Marketo is necessary, with Eloqua being a plus.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will define and execute region-specific marketing strategies for the US sales region, including planning and hosting in-person and virtual events. This role will support the US region by partnering with sales and business development teams to enable them with webinars, events, executive round tables, lunch & learns, trade shows, and partner events. Responsibilities include traveling to events for in-person support, regionalizing events and messaging for US customers and prospects in collaboration with the Senior Director of Global Revenue Marketing, capturing and sharing feedback to the product team, and assisting with writing promotional copy. The primary goal is to drive net-new sales opportunities, accelerate growth, and increase brand awareness and lead generation.
