Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of B2B demand generation experience in a SaaS environment, with a proven track record as both a strategist and executor. A demonstrated understanding of the MarTech landscape, including experience with tools like chat, ABM, and event platforms, is required. Experience leveraging multiple digital channels, including paid media, is necessary. Strong data-driven skills, excellent project management abilities, entrepreneurial spirit, strong writing skills for various marketing collateral, meticulous organization, comfort with ambiguity, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience creating content for emails, ads, webpages, and other conversion-focused marketing collateral is also required.

Responsibilities

The Demand Generation Marketing Manager will define the integrated national demand strategy and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads and opportunities. This role involves leading the strategy and quarterly planning of demand marketing activations across channels to achieve marketing-sourced pipeline targets. Responsibilities include driving impact through campaign execution and optimization to generate leads, MQLs, and pipeline. The manager will project manage and execute demand generation activations such as webinars, content, direct mail, and email nurture campaigns end-to-end. They will measure campaign performance, generate data-driven insights for improvement, run data-informed experiments, and partner with Sales and SDRs on campaigns to maximize impact on marketing-sourced bookings.
