Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver new workflows, tests, and POCs for strategic partners as primary account owner
  • Resolve technical issues related to LiveRamp products
  • Monitor and track implementation progress and communicate with internal teams for product optimization
  • Manage multiple client implementations and projects simultaneously
  • Educate, pitch, and drive adoption of LiveRamp integrations among partners
  • Develop and maintain robust account strategies and QBR planning
  • Collaborate with larger account teams
  • Develop relationships with leading marketers and represent LiveRamp at events
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to partners throughout the sales process
  • Deliver customized product demos and train partners
  • Run regular workshops to facilitate successful sales results
  • Identify and unblock strategic paths to success
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on LiveRamp products and solutions
