Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Martech and AdTech, both in implementation and operations across different platforms and environments
  • POV on industry-leading MarTech / AdTech platforms, with ML and GenAI use-case intersections
  • Experience with the Product Operating Model, Objectives and Key Results framework
  • Comfort and experience operating in both continuous development and sprint-based environments
  • Knowledge of GenAI/ML platforms and opportunities, Data Management (Data lakes), Content Management Systems, DAMs, UX, and AWS cloud portfolio
  • Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (preferred), Adobe, CMS', DSP/SSPs, ad Serving technology, data clean rooms; moderate SQL and data architecture
  • First-hand experience in building/integrating with and operating platforms including messaging technologies (email, mobile push, SMS), Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Advertising Technology (Ad Serving, DSP, SSP), Content Management Systems (CMS), data, identity management and resolution, C360, tagging and taxonomy
  • Diverse background including brand, SaaS/Platform and consultancy experience
  • Pulse on latest marketing and ad technology trends and leading edge of innovation
  • Ability to lead conversations across a variety of levels

Responsibilities

  • Understand the D2C product and business roadmap, gaps and capabilities of the existing D2C technology and martech stack—to build a short, mid and long-term martech and adtech strategy according to ECS' strategic vision
  • Lead platform evaluations; work with technology team and external partners/vendors on assessment approach (pilot and validation) and investment cases
  • Lead the technology rollout, adoption, and value realization of selected platform(s) to enhance audience discovery, targeting, and orchestration for first and third-party use-cases, both on and off-property
  • Develop a strategic roadmap for platform and system integrations, cross-platform orchestration and personalization use-cases
  • Partner, lead meetings and communication between marketing and team members and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead both the team and peers across the organization, on MarTech / AdTech best practices and latest technologies, to promote high value outcomes
  • Support daily BAU and product roadmap workstreams; help urgent use-cases and custom approaches to tech/business problems
  • Be "hands-on" to lead technical design and approach; partner with marketing and business leaders to take their use-cases and translate them into technical requirements
  • Lead a small team of solution architects who support MarTech, lifecycle and marketing teams
