Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Life Science, Public Health, Public Administration (majored in Biology preferred)
  • At least 8-10 years healthcare and life science research market field related working experience with enterprise, government, Fortune 500 MNC, famous Chambers/Association/NGOs in China
  • Well-established university and hospital network
  • Rich experience in government communication
  • Proved good relationship with key PIs
  • Excellent capabilities of working with others, coordination and persuasion
  • Fluent English writing and speaking
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Office, Outlook, etc.)
  • Good understanding of healthcare sector
  • Score-added: successful experience in developing government partnership programs, well connected with key government stakeholders
  • Must be independent and flexible carrying out work activities and effective at building relationships both internally and externally
  • Proactive, self-motivated, clear thinking, open-minded, teamwork, customer focus, good at working in a matrix team
  • Be able to work under pressure
  • Willingness to take additional work and be proactive in looking for opportunities to support businesses
  • Reasonable amount of travel required

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic account sales revenue by collaborating with Danaher different platform and OpCo sales and marketing team
  • Drive Strategic Account strategy and implementation, including but not limited to innovation related to local policy, stakeholder mapping, key partner profiling etc
  • Drive incremental revenue on top of OpCos by cultivating the needs of strategic accounts including but not limited to universities, hospitals and Bioparks
  • Leverage the resources of Danaher corporate and generate as many sales funnels 12-18 months ahead
  • Develop sustainable and replicable SA partnership models that can be leveraged by SA sales
  • Drive SA value proposition, playbook and tool development
  • Support GM on account planning, sales force productivity tracking and improvement
  • Drive internal cooperation with multiple internal functions like S&T/Medical Affairs/Digital, DV, M&A, Clinical Affairs, ExA internal team as well as businesses for effective cooperation
  • Attend SA team weekly/monthly reviews and provide customer insights
  • Support GM to scout for right partners and cover external partners to enable SA sales
