Requirements

Candidates must possess over 8 years of experience in business development within programmatic advertising, with a deep understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including data and identity spaces. A demonstrated track record of achieving significant revenue goals is required, along with strong analytical skills to make data-supported recommendations. Experience negotiating complex legal agreements in collaboration with legal teams and proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Slides are essential. The role also requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. An MBA is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Partnerships Director will be responsible for prospecting and closing new partnerships to generate scalable and repeatable revenue from new demand sources. They will manage existing partnerships to identify and develop new revenue opportunities, build and manage a pipeline of revenue-generating opportunities, and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders. This role involves developing revenue projections for new partnerships and channels, delivering against new revenue goals for select new products, and collaborating with OpenX sales leaders on buyer development, supply business development, and platform demand teams. The Director will also work closely with product and tech teams to provide market feedback for product strategy and help incubate and implement new partnerships and channels by working with cross-functional teams.
