Requirements

  • Proven experience: 5+ years of demonstrated success in life sciences sales, business development, or partnerships. Preferred experience selling to Commercial, MOE, or Innovation teams
  • Industry expertise: 5+ years of experience in the healthcare/health tech industry. Experience selling tech enabled services is a plus
  • Enterprise sales: Proven track record of closing deals over $250k+ ACV
  • Negotiation skills: Demonstrated experience with complex negotiations and contracting across buyers
  • Relationship building: Ability to build strong relationships with both internal team members and external customers
  • Self-starter: Highly motivated and results-oriented. Responsible for full-lifecycle sales – from hunting through closing
  • Technical proficiency: Proficient in GSuite, Slides, Presentation, and Salesforce. Expected to be able to Demo product in live meetings
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, accounting, marketing, economics, or communications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic sales: Develop and execute a strategic sales process tailored to brands ($250k+ ACV) within the Life Sciences industry
  • Build a robust pipeline: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with leading life sciences companies in Market Access, Brand and Innovation teams
  • Product expertise: Deeply understand Wheel's product offerings to effectively position and sell our solutions
  • C-suite engagement: Skillfully engage with brand executives in the life science/biopharma industry
  • Stakeholder management: Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Revenue targets: Consistently exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis
  • Client advocacy: Champion your clients within Wheel, ensuring an exceptional customer journey
