Requirements

Candidates must possess over 10 years of SaaS enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing teams selling to technical and executive stakeholders. Experience in cybersecurity, identity & access management, or password management is required, along with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and expertise in MEDDPICC. Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain top talent, strong analytical and data-driven skills using tools like Salesforce and Gong, and exceptional communication and executive presence are essential. Familiarity with 1Password or similar security tools and a strong network in the security space selling to Fortune 500 organizations are considered bonus points.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales will lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth and retention within large-scale customers. Responsibilities include delivering accurate forecasts through deep pipeline inspection and MEDDPICC qualification, cultivating a performance-driven culture, and building scalable outbound and inbound pipeline generation strategies in partnership with other teams. The role also involves driving disciplined sales process execution, implementing repeatable programs for prospecting and expansion, and instilling a culture of MEDDPICC mastery across the team.
