The Sr. Director, Portfolio & Program Management should be a skilled relationship builder, adaptable, and intellectually curious with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to take initiative. Candidates must possess the ability to blend effective execution, deep domain expertise, and organizational insight to drive action and achieve results. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in Sales and Account Management is also a requirement.
This role involves leading and organizing executive-level projects to implement business changes, streamlining and scaling core sales business processes, and defining processes for consistency while supporting regional differences. Responsibilities include overseeing cross-functional portfolio management and prioritization, driving the operational infrastructure roadmap, and embedding simplification into operational processes and talent. The position requires partnering with senior business leaders on strategic roadmaps, identifying simplification opportunities, and creating end-to-end solutions. Additionally, the role entails driving results by overseeing portfolio prioritization, program management for top company priorities, and leading business process high-priority topics. Owning the intake and prioritization process for business demand, partnering with stakeholders to resolve impasses, facilitating SteerCo sessions, leading stakeholder communications, and evaluating new tools and techniques are also key responsibilities.
