Requirements

Candidates must have experience leading large, complex programs or groups of interdependent programs. A strong understanding of portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise business analysis is required. Experience with transformational change management, program risk and issue management, and developing junior team members is also necessary. Maintaining an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education is expected.

Responsibilities

This role is accountable for leading program planning, integration, implementation, reporting, and performance to ensure the successful delivery of defined value and outcomes. Responsibilities include leading portfolio planning and reporting, defining complex stakeholder communication plans, developing stakeholder engagement plans, interpreting business needs, defining solution recommendations, and leading improvement efforts. The Senior Program Manager will also define execution plans for innovative capabilities, manage complex cross-functional workstreams including change management and end-user adoption, manage the identification and resolution of program risks and issues, and lead the production and approval of program plans. They will also manage the program review process and provide stakeholders with accurate information and recommendations.
