Responsibilities

The Sr. Client Success Manager will develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned advertising clients, acting as the primary point of contact to understand their business objectives and align advertising solutions. They will partner with internal creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution, monitor performance metrics, and proactively optimize efforts. Responsibilities include leading the onboarding process for new clients, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, delivering regular campaign performance reports and insights, and translating data into strategic recommendations. The CSM will also represent the voice of the client internally and drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention by consistently delivering value and addressing concerns.
