Requirements

Candidates must have 4+ years of experience in display and programmatic advertising within an agency setting, with knowledge of real-time bidding, ad networks, demand-side platforms, attribution models, and Google Marketing Platform. Expertise in managing campaigns using DSPs such as DV360, Amazon, and The Trade Desk is required, along with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and excellent business writing and interpersonal abilities. The ability to experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex problems is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Senior Programmatic Manager will optimize campaign performance across programmatic platforms, develop client strategies based on insights, and partner with Business Development on prospective client strategies. Responsibilities include interfacing with clients, collaborating across teams to create holistic digital solutions, interpreting attribution modeling and third-party analytics data, managing deal economics, media allocation, and advertiser investment decisions, and mentoring junior staff.
