Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in revenue growth management from a global CPG company. Experience in Trade Promotions, Pricing, Assortment, or Supply Planning is required, along with proven client-vendor relationship management in a software technology environment, preferably involving AI. Prior management experience leading cross-functional teams and client interaction is necessary. Familiarity with visualization packages like Power BI or Tableau, strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, documentation, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools are essential. Knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or Business Intelligence is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Director/Senior Director of Client Services will lead the delivery of Enterra's business solutions through end-to-end project management and successful client implementation. They will analyze and partner with clients to transform business processes, provide input to technological development, and educate client stakeholders on the Enterra platform and tailored solutions. This role involves assisting the team with machine learning, AI, and NLP, and delivering the Enterra vision for business process transformations.
