Candidates must have over 10 years of creative production and/or project management experience, with at least 8 years specifically supporting advertising campaigns. A strong understanding of advertising production across live-action, photo, animation, and digital formats is essential. Proven ability to manage complex projects, multiple stakeholders, and competing deadlines is required, along with experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing creative vendors and production partners. Excellent organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and strong presentation and communication skills are necessary. A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset is crucial, and experience in high-growth tech/startup environments is a plus. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and design tools like Figma, along with experience in contracts, licensing, and talent management, are considered advantageous.
The Senior Creative Producer will oversee the full creative project pipeline, including day-to-day requests, marketing deliverables, and larger campaign initiatives, ensuring the team is resourced and prioritized. This role involves owning the entire lifecycle of creative initiatives from intake and scoping through to final delivery. Responsibilities include scoping, budgeting, and managing production for advertising campaigns such as photo shoots, video shoots, animation, and live-action productions. The producer will source, negotiate, and manage external partners, streamline workflows and approvals, and facilitate cross-functional alignment. They will act as the operational backbone for the Brand Creative team, keeping stakeholders informed, ensuring deliverables meet expectations, and mitigating risks. Additionally, the role involves introducing new processes, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and creative output, and building trust across marketing and growth teams for flawless campaign execution.
