  • Skills in building meaningful relationships with customers and becoming their go-to person for Omnea
  • Experience or ability to learn deploying a new & evolving SaaS product to renowned tech companies
  • Knowledge of best practices for working with stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, IT
  • Ability to present value-focused demos of the platform

Responsibilities

  • Deploy the Omnea platform and key strategic modules, features, and integrations
  • Advise customers on optimal solutions to deliver meaningful value
  • Drive the implementation process, acting as an extension of the customer’s team
  • Become a product expert and represent the voice of the customer internally
  • Collaborate with teams across the business (technical and commercial) to prioritize customer needs and ensure customer centricity
  • Manage onboarding and deployments
  • Work with product team to prioritize roadmap features for customers
  • Support and champion customers throughout their journey with Omnea
  • Consult customers on processes to build into Omnea
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Procurement, Finance, Legal, InfoSec, IT)
  • Present value-focused demos of the platform
