Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Enablement, or related roles, with a proven track record of Procore product knowledge. A strong understanding of the product lifecycle and expertise in developing and implementing successful training and enablement programs are essential. Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills are required, along with the ability to translate complex product information into engaging materials. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, self-driven, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
The Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for GTM teams, including onboarding and ongoing training, and collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align content with roadmaps and strategies. Responsibilities include creating, auditing, and maintaining enablement content such as product guides and battlecards, leading training sessions and workshops, and keeping GTM teams updated on product features and industry trends. The role involves equipping customer-facing teams to effectively present product offerings, analyzing enablement data to measure program effectiveness and identify gaps, managing cross-functional enablement projects, and gathering feedback to refine programs and improve learner experience.
