Responsibilities

The Partner Enablement Technical Writer will lead the development and refinement of the partner onboarding and certification journey, collaborating with Instructional Designers and subject matter experts to create and maintain technical training documentation, manuals, and certification guides. Responsibilities include developing engaging training content, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all partner certification documentation, incorporating feedback for continuous improvement, and maintaining documentation standards and version control. The role may also involve assisting in the development of multimedia training components.
