Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, coupled with over 5 years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle management, product marketing, or a similar role. Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns within the tech industry, ownership of product adoption or feature engagement initiatives including developing release communications, and excellent writing and communication skills for both external and internal audiences are essential. Experience with data-driven decision making and campaign optimization in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is also required. Familiarity with AI tools for campaign content creation or automation and experience marketing to nonprofits are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The Customer Marketing Adoption Specialist will design and implement onboarding programs to enhance initial product adoption and collaborate with Customer Education and Customer Success teams to leverage generative AI for program development and asset creation. They will monitor adoption metrics, adjust strategies to optimize customer engagement, and track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to customer lifecycle stages. The role involves utilizing data to inform strategy adjustments, preparing reports for senior management on campaign effectiveness, and working closely with product, sales, and customer support teams for a unified customer engagement approach. Additionally, the specialist will coordinate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, share insights to drive product improvements, assess and enhance the customer experience, identify opportunities for automation, and foster a customer-centric culture.
