The Manager of Solution Deployment Engineering will lead and manage a team of Solution Deployment Engineers, driving daily operations, team enablement, and resource allocation to ensure high performance and scalability. This role involves partnering with Sales and Product leadership to align go-to-market strategy and roadmap planning, and contributing to team strategy to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of direct reports, maintaining deep technical knowledge of Flock Safety products, and developing expertise across the competitive landscape. The manager will attend customer meetings, trade shows, and field visits to support complex opportunities and solution design, acting as a key liaison between Sales Engineering and internal cross-functional teams. Additionally, they will track and report key performance indicators, identify areas for process improvement, and drive operational efficiency.
