Responsibilities

The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for driving technical success in pursuit of large/strategic opportunities, resulting in increased revenue. This includes positioning the best solutions and product features to customers, utilizing segment-based knowledge to solve business challenges. The role involves working closely with various stakeholders, including Business Development Managers, Sales Channels, and Product Management. Responsibilities include developing tools and educational content for internal teams and partners, advancing business objectives, and ensuring strategic partners are upskilled with industry vertical knowledge. The Solutions Engineer will also identify product gaps, provide alternatives, and offer feedback to product and development teams, leveraging proserve and consultancy as required. They will conduct technical pre-sales activities such as discovery, technical demos, pilots, and POCs.
