Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, coupled with proven experience in a pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales support role. A strong understanding of Egen's priority go-to-market industries and their associated business and technical challenges is essential, alongside exceptional presentation and communication skills capable of translating complex concepts into compelling narratives. Experience with proposal development, including RFP/RFI responses, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, self-motivated environment are also required.

Responsibilities

The Pre-Sales Architect will collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to design and present tailored solutions to prospects and customers. Key duties include conducting discovery sessions for solution design, delivering compelling product demonstrations, and developing detailed proposals with scope of work and solution architecture. The role also involves providing expert guidance on product capabilities and integration strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, assisting sales teams with RFP/RFI responses, and maintaining deep industry expertise. Furthermore, the architect will represent the company as a subject matter expert in industry forums and support the transition of client expectations to delivery teams.
