Candidates must have 7+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience, with proficiency in the ServiceNow platform or cloud software solutions. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about AI integration into work processes is required, along with experience collaborating with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with sales counterparts, are also necessary, and travel may be required.
The Solution Consultant will act as a technical and domain expert to support product sales, guiding revenue for assigned products. This role involves leading discovery workshops to understand customer challenges, delivering product demonstrations, and answering technical questions from customers, partners, and colleagues. Responsibilities also include providing feedback to product management on enhancements, sharing best practices with other Solution Consultants, staying current on competitive analysis, and supporting marketing events.
