Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales role within a B2B SaaS company, experience working in the identity or cybersecurity industry is a plus, demonstrated success managing the pre-sales process for enterprise customers that may require complex solutions, and fluency in APIs and comfortability reading python or similar languages.
The Enterprise Pre-sales Solutions Engineer will serve as a trusted advisor and product expert for Lumos prospects and customers, architect demos, proofs of concept (POCs), and end to end solutions for complex customers, structure POCs with strong success criteria, work cross-functionally to drive technical and process investments, own initiatives for the team that drive meaningful impact, and serve as a subject matter expert on the market Lumos is a part of and use cases it supports. They will also report internally on market trends, customer success stories, and common issues & complaints.
