Candidates should possess 10+ years of experience in SaaS Pre Sales and 15+ years of industry experience, demonstrating a well-balanced skillset spanning business acumen, technical knowledge, and effective communication skills. They should have experience managing sales cycles and owning the technical evaluation process, along with working knowledge of Marketing, Product Operations, Retail MGMT, and other Business Units. Furthermore, candidates should understand best practices for structuring data in a relational database and database architecture, and possess technical savvy with enterprise integration methodologies and API architecture.
As a Principal Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate with Pre Sales teams to identify, qualify, and drive revenue opportunities at Enterprise accounts, build meaningful relationships with customers' technical teams, own the technical evaluation process showcasing customer-centric value, translate the value of Airtable’s tooling into the language of the customer, manage multiple sales cycles, consult with credibility, inform the product team with market potential findings, represent Airtable in every engagement, and create unique solutions for complex business problems.
